To heighten engagement among their most dedicated fans, we worked with Columbia on an idea for an online platform that earns fans rewards in return for assisting with promotional campaigns.
The online street-team connects fans with each other while bringing them closer to their favourite artists. After a simple log-in with Facebook or Twitter, fans select which artists to follow and then browse live campaigns for opportunities to get involved. This might include promoting tour dates and releases on social networks, flyering at gigs and writing blog posts.
In return, fans earn money-can’t-buy prizes including tickets to sold out gigs, priority entry at concerts, meet-and-greets, mentions in album liner notes and much more.
